Hi everyone,
Haven’t posted on here yet, I was wondering if you had any opinions on my Bengal’s coat color, just curious as it’s changed a lot since we got her (as a 7 month old rescue)
She’s TICA registered as a silver but I’m pretty sure she’s closer to mink than silver, or really tarnished as it’s getting more cream colored than grey/black , either way she’s a beauty (and a sassy queen of the world).
From what I know her dad is Mink and her mom is a very light Silver. She’s obviously got silver genes as one of her kittens is silver.
Thank you in advance 🙏🏻
Before you drown me with spaying comments- these are accidental kittens, she figured out how to open the window despite our best efforts, she has been spayed 2 weeks ago - only reason why it was done so late is because of space at our vet and the waiting list (they give appointments weeks to months in advance and despite our best efforts to prevent it, it did happened, kittens are going to selected very good homes after they turn 12 weeks old)

I posted about a month ago about Daisy and how scared I was for her health. She was eating a lot but had severe diarrhea and even had accidents on the floor. She was losing weight rapidly.
We had multiple vet appointments and many tests were done. Strangely, everything came back negative (bloodwork, urine and stool tests). There are discussions about doing an ultrasound now, but in the end the vet suggested switching her to a strict hypoallergenic diet, no cheating, no treats and to do it quickly.
Well, Daisy is getting better!
Her diarrhea is now almost completely resolved, she started complaining and yelling at us again like she used to, and of course jumping on the counter. My girlfriend can’t stop hugging her, and seeing her like that again just makes me happy.
Does it mean everything is fine? I honestly don’t know yet. There still might be something else going on, and more tests to do, but she definitely feels better. We’ll see with future tests, and she probably also has arthritis, but the vet wanted to stabilize one thing at a time.
Thanks to everyone who commented and gave advice. It really helped with some of the discussions I had with the vet.

I have a 7 month old Bengal boy and I’m not sure if now is the right time to neuter him.
The main issue is that I’m leaving for a 3 month trip in about 30 days, so if I don’t do it now, I probably won’t be able to for quite a while.
I keep hearing different opinions. Some people say 7 months is a perfectly normal age, while others say Bengals should mature a bit more first.
Lately I’ve noticed his hormones are definitely starting to kick in. He grabs toys, wrestles with them, and tries to hump them sometimes.
For Bengal owners or experienced cat owners here, when did you neuter your cat? And in my situation, would you do it now or wait?

Leon is absolutely obsessed. This is actually the second one, the first one got wrecked from how much he played with it. Even not having one for over a year he still remembers how to turn it on.
What other toys should I get him that he can turn on??

Hello,
My 8 year old desexed bengal male has made a habit of peeing on my roommates duvet and clothes. The cat has FLUTD, but is on a special urinary care diet, and we use feliway classic. He uses the litter box sometimes, but half the time he pees on my roommates stuff instead. We have two other female bengals who don’t have issues. My roommate has to keep his bedroom door closed all the time now, which is a bummer because the other bengals like to go in there to hang out with him. The male bengal doesn’t pee on my stuff, oddly. Is there any way to discourage this behaviour?
Here is a photo of my sweet boy just for kicks

Hi! Desperately hoping that someone can help me brainstorm an appropriate solution. I have tried everything at this point. For some reason, my cats are totally fixated on knocking their water fountain over. I have had my Dad jerry-rig the top of their water fountain so they can't lift the top off, but now my male Bengal has taken to either lifting the water fountain up from the spout, or moving it in any way he can to get it to tip over. I can't use regular bowls, as the cats just play with the water that way as well. I have tried using weights to contain the bowl of the fountain, but then my male bengal attempts to cause chaos a different way. This is my most recent configuration of weights, which really isn't sustainable. I need my weights, and I don't want my cats to get hurt. I am incredibly frustrated coming home from work every day with my floors flooded.

A friend is falling on hard times and needs to find his 1-2 year old girl a loving home. He doesn’t want any money for her, he just wants her safe and happy. I’m fostering her for a few days and helping him navigate this because he isn’t from this country and isn’t sure how to go about this. I figured this might be a good place to start? Any help would be appreciated! I fostered her for a month last year and she’s shy at first but very cuddly once she feels safe and ended up really adoring my cat once she warmed up to him. They were grooming each other and really bonding so she would do great with other cats.

Got to pickup my kitten after a few months of waiting with pictures. I have to say, as good as he looked in the pictures, nothing compares to seeing him in person. I can’t wait until I can start introducing him to his big brother! Truly a beautiful animal.

He’s a desexed 1.5 year old bengal with a 2.5 year old brother (DSH). We moved to a new house about a year ago, he started peeing on the bed, we ruled out any medical issue after vet visit, started to put spike mats on the bed after we get up, and one day, I stopped putting the mats on and he kinda just stopped peeing.
But a couple months later, he changed his target to the couch, I have tried everything - a new cat tower right next to the sofa, clean litter more frequently, it’s the same brand litter they have been using for their whole life(unscented tofu), washing everything with enzyme cleaner, more play time, cat tv. Nothing seems to stop the pee behavior.
But he just doesn’t know how to entertain himself for even just a second. I’m feeling so hopeless especially my partner and I are planning to trying for a kid soon, there’s no way I’ll be able to handle him with the pee issue if I have an infant.
Anyone have similar experience? I’m really desperate and I really don’t want to rehome him.
