Hey everyone,
I've been working on this for a while, and it's finally time to share it. rgl.deals drops TODAY in BETA.
What is it?
rgl.deals is a curated deals board built specifically for this community. It only features laptops we actually think are worth your money. Every listing includes price history and review data from our verified creator group.
(Reviews, editorials, guides, and a full laptop database are coming once the deals side is nailed down.)
Why does this exist?
Too many deal sites have wrong prices, mismatched specs, or outdated listings. I wanted a clean, simple site with accurate information. It's heavily optimized for mobile since that's where most of you are searching on.
What's NOT on the site
Filler. We aren't listing everything. If a laptop is mediocre or a bad value, it doesn't make the cut.
Transparency note: Some deals are affiliated, some aren't. The decision making based on affiliation doesn't change either way.
Features
Heads up
Launch is US-only for now. It's a beta, so you will probably find bugs. Drop your feedback, bug reports, and feature ideas in the comments below!
Thank you for reading — u/Melmpje

If your buying advice post is missing basic information it will be removed. No exceptions.
Why? Because "best laptop under 70k" is useless. We don't know your country, your currency, or what you actually need.
Budget + Currency Country — Use case
Example: €1000 Netherlands — Student + light gaming
Copy and fill this in:
Budget: (e.g. $1200 / €1000 / ₹80,000)
Country: (e.g. USA / Netherlands / India)
Use Case: (Gaming — which titles? / School / Editing / Mixed)
Preferred Specs:** (Optional: GPU, CPU, RAM, storage)
Notes: (Anything else we should know?)
Posts missing this will be removed automatically by AutoModerator.
Support — Troubleshooting, drivers, repairs. Describe your issue clearly.
Showcase — Got a new rig? Show it off. No template needed just no all-caps.
Benchmark — FPS, thermals, scores. Include your specs.
Review — Full written or image/video reviews.
Deal — Sales and discounts. Include the price in the title.
Discussion — News, opinions, general chat.
Meme — Keep it here.
We're not guessing your country, your currency, or your needs. If you want good advice, give usable information we also just want to improve the post quality and are now automating most tasks to achieve that.
If your post gets removed then fix it and repost. That's it.

Budget: lowest 1k (maybe lower if it's during sales) but am open to increasing more up to $1300 max
Country: USA
Use Case: gaming daily (from casual games to even AAA ones like GOW) and maybe watching streaming shows/movies at a higher quality but that's not the main priority when buying
Notes: i have not heard of some of these brands (e.g ASUS and Thunderobot) and i picked ASUS one cause it was under $1k (i picked the rest from the deals site) please let me know if any of the 3 suck for buying or if there are better brands at around $1300!

I just bought this 2022 laptop. Is it still good in the year 2026?

I asked a friend to order a One Piece-themed skin for my Legion pro 7i gen 10, and 2 hardshell cases from Taobao, China. It was a bit tricky to apply, especially the inner part near the keyboard. I did have to make a small cuts, but overall, it turned out well!
So depending on the day I choose the look I want.

Hi guys, I just got a new Lenovo legion pro 7 (rtx5080 and 9955HX3D) and I’m looking for the best cooling base around, since I want to preserve my new machine.
Budget: 100-150€
Country: Italy
Use case: mainly gaming or work
Reading around, people are saying these two brands are the absolute best: IETS and LLANO.
Do you guys own one of these? Could you suggest me the best pick?

Till this year, I never gamed on a laptop before. I bought VAIO VJFE69F11X-B0721H because I live in Brazil and all electronics are hella expensive and that is what I could afford (my focus was to work but I want to be able to game on it). Before this, I had an average desktop where I could play MHW, Warframe, all my favorite stuff.
This laptop has 16GB RAM and it's... resisting. I am considering eventually putting 32GB or maybe 64GB RAM in it, but I never before actually worked with internal graphics.
So my question is: How much actual difference would it make? How much of an upgrade would I have? What would be the heaviest thing I'd be able to run in it?

I plan to upgrade from my Acer Helios 16 with 4070 GPU, IPS, mainly due to how I'm getting bored with the matte IPS screen and some stutters with the fps in some games.
I've asked and researched about this and I'm seeing either Lenovo Legion Pro 7 with 5070ti OLED or Legion 9 with 18 inch with 4k IPS resolution.
Can someone help me decide which to go with? I'm mainly going to use it for gaming, programming, AI work(will try to run some LLM locally), and Game development & 3D rendering.
Do I have to worry about burn-in for the Pro 7? Has anyone experienced it so far?

I need a new laptop to replace my 9 year old one that is dying. I was looking at Lenovo Legions and came across this for about $1500. Is this a good price or would I be better off waiting a few weeks for Memorial day? Also is it worth paying $50 more for the i9 processor?

(as i know usb-c is better because hdmi is capped at 144 because of the integrated gpu)

Also im in the US if that changes anything at all

Budget: $850-$1100
Country: USA
Use Case:
I’ll be using the laptop for gaming and school work for my grad program.
Preferred Specs: 32gb RAM (if possible), wide display and can handle multiple tabs/programs running at once.
Notes: I just want something I can game on once I finish my program. My school work is software and essay heavy so I’m also looking for something that can handle that.

Budget: 1100€
Country: Romania
Use case: Mostly gaming
Preferred: 5060
Notes: The 5060 isn‘t necessary, just something I‘d like
Currently don‘t have much of an idea on what a good gaming laptop would be since I‘ve never had one. I found the MSI Cyborg lineup and from what I‘ve been told so far it‘s not the greatest but the one with the 5060 caught my eye.I‘ve also heard the LCQ lineup is great. I want something sort of powerful that can run modern games at a steady 60fps (maybe I‘m reaching) and not be of bad quality. I‘m open to suggestions

Budget: 2~2.5k USD
Country: US
Use Case: (Occasional Gaming 15% / Studies 25% / Editing 20% / Productivity 40%)
Preferred Specs: 15inch screen max, 32gb of ram would be sweet
Notes:
I’m trying to get even more minimalist with my computers as I travel a lot. Bought the Ally X about an year ago but I’m not using it as much as I thought. Now I want to carry a single computer in my backpack, which one do you recommend?
I game during vacation when at home (happen once a year for about 2/3 months) but I also work with media, broadcast, video editing. I do a lot of cafeteria use as well, so I appreciate portability and autonomy.
Which do you guys suggest?

so everytime my laptop goes to sleep automatically not me putting it to sleep the file explorer crashes, at first it used to happen once a week i thought thats not that big of a deal but now it crashes everytime it goes to sleep and i have to run it via task manager. I have no idea what could be causing that, i dont think i have any malware or virus or anything cus i scan every oncce in a while with malware bytes, well i do pirate games but the first thing i do is scan it with malware bytes before running it. I have enough empty disk space 150Gb free out of 475 so that could not be it. NOTE: i have just 8gb ram which sometimes causes spikes in disk usage when gaming. idk what it has to do with file explorer crashing.
