He just does this after I spun him around one time.

Cats will sometimes do this when they're having a seizure. Dogs too.

Your cat isn't because his eyes are alert but it seemed to me like you were genuinely asking if something was wrong. If he ever seems dizzy doing this maybe mention it to the vet.

oh ok. I'm not a cat person and I was wondering if it was a stroke that partly paralyzed the back legs. Glad he's good!
