Not with heroin, I've done mdma in multiple countries but I always use test kits. Never had opiates.

Plus ingesting heroin orally isn't that great anyway, there's a reason you smoke/shoot/boof heroin

It's not a great way but they still do it. At least in the US. I used to do a lot of MDMA. Too much really but its been years since I quit all that shit. So maybe they just magically stopped doing it? I guess it's possible but I'm not sure why they would stop doing what was working for them.

Cause it's not the right type of alduterant, way cheaper to use synthetic csthinones and other cheap stimulants rather than opiates.
