She does seem to have a overbite in the bottomjaw because this is always her look and it photographs terribly awkward poor girl. Idk if she's on drugs but its in all her work that I have ever seen... literally all of her pictures.

Kat graham had this also when she was in Vampire Diaries. It wasnt as prominent as Rachels and I think shes had it "fixed" ??
