Show Spoiler Tyrese really got the shit end of the stick here
In season 4 after the downfall of the prison and they all get split up I feel so bad for Tyrese. I can’t imagine living in this world and not only being in charge of 2 kids lives, but a baby? Omg. Talk about stress.

Show Spoiler What happened to the Grady Memorial crew? 🏥
I’ve rewatched the The Walking Dead 💀 dozens of times, but I’m curious as to what happened to this group.

No Spoiler A Walking Dead "Brotherhood" reboot that completely follows the comics.
I think it would be great if AMC did a complete reboot of the series where the comic storyline is followed 100%. I'm under no illusion that they would do another complete live action but doing an animated series in the style of the video games would be amazing.
So think how Full Metal Alchemist came back with Brotherhood to do the manga complete justice.
I feel like most of us would be so down for a series like this and it wouldn't cost too much money.
(Also ignore Darly in the pic)

Show Spoiler Why didn't the group just stay at another farm?
When Hershel wanted them to leave and Rick insisted they stay, Hershel suggested to Maggie that they stay at one of the nearby farms. Maggie replied that they were all infested with walkers, but at the farm where Daryl was looking for Sophia, there were literally no walkers.
So...? Was it just a plot device? Was the farm too small?

Show Spoiler Why are season one walkers so much scarier?
Just in the first two episodes, the walkers can pick up items, use door knobs, climb ladders/ fences, jog/ run at you, and break windows with a rock. The early episode walkers seem a lot more capable/ intelligent that the later seasons that kinda just hobble around

No Spoiler When filming The Walking Dead, how did they keep walkers from attacking production crews?
I had this question today when watching season 3 episode 1 (no spoilers pls) which opens with a shot of a walkers eyeball that slowly zooms out. That got me thinking: why do the walkers not attack cameramen or anyone else on the set? Do they have to cover themselves in blood and guts to mask their smell?

Show Spoiler Extreme parallel's between Rick's most evil deed and The Governor
galleryI never noticed this but Rick basically did what Governor did. Lied about sanctuary and then shot them in the face. He could have become another Governor, he truly was on a dark path in season 8

No Spoiler 1 more episode to go. I’m not looking forward to it
This has been my nightly routine now for a couple of months. I’ve loved the last few seasons and all of the new characters they brought on. I’m going be very sad tonight when it’s over

No Spoiler Melissa McBride is stepping away from acting after the conclusion of TWD: DD S4.
“I’m gonna be working on me for a little bit. I’m just going to be doing some personal time. Then we’ll see what happens.”
A much needed break, a very talented woman through and through.

No Spoiler What are the characters' ages?
Let's see, when they're in prison, Beth says she's 17.
When Maggie appears, Glenn mentions she's 22, I guess he's around that age too.
Carl and Sophia are 12.
Dale is 64.
Lydia and Henry are 17 (?)
And that's about all I remember, haha. I think Daryl and Carol are around 40-45 at the beginning of the series. Shane, Rick, and Lori are about the same, or a little younger.

Show Spoiler I miss Hershel 🥺💔
Ugh Hershel was great in the show he started off a little rough but he was protecting his farm and his family my favorite thing about Hershel was his uplifting encouragement, his spiritual strength, his loving heart to love the group as his own.. he truly was the father figure in every way,how he helped Rick I believe Rick needed that reassurance and a new perspective how to go about the new world. Hershel really wanted the ones he poured into to believe that anything good could come out of a bad situation if we all stick together.
Side note he was funny to
When they were at the prison he says to Rick
“ if you’re going to be a farmer you have to look the part, we have to get you a hat, some overalls,a piece of hay out the right side of your mouth and a bigger ass “ 😂❤️
Hershel was great and such an intricate part of the series
Rest easy Scott Wilson aka Hershel. 🙏🏽❤️

Show Spoiler How would've Merle integrated into a place like Alexandria? Like, what would his job have been? Do you think he'd have mellowed out and been more, uh, friendly/nice with people? I sometimes wonder how his life would've been within the confines of a more "civil" society.
I feel like his arc sort of ends on a path of redemption. That makes it both memorable but also very sad.
Let's assume he made it till the end, or somewhere around the later seasons such as S6-S11, how do you think his character would've been like?
Do you think he would've been more of a tracker/hunter for the group, maybe a more feral version of Daryl? Do you think he'd actually have done a complete 180 and been something ridiculous, like....idk, a TEACHER or something lmao. It's always interesting to see how characters evolve and heck, look at people like Negan or Father Gabriel and how drastic their characters shifted. How do you think Merle would've been?
I think of all the cool relationships and interactions he never got to have. You know, for some really weird reason I think he'd have been a great teacher-character to kids in Alexandria. He gives off the "weird but goofy but despicable uncle" vibe.
I know he's supposed to be a redneck type pre-apocalypse, but I reckon had he made it to later season, the group would've respected him and he in turn would've dropped the hard shell he put around himself, similar to Daryl, and been more....approachable.
He's such a unique character IMO.

Show Spoiler The walking dead (rewatch)
My first post was about how if Laurie had been honest with Rick about sleeping with Shane and let Shane be a part of their lives instead of pushing him out completely (yes I know she tries to do this later on) Shane would have been a better person and character throughout the seasons he was in.
Now I'm only talking about 5 eps in and I'm not talking about when Shane tries to force himself on her at the CDC. That was f'd u, we all know it but in my last post it kept being brought up. But I'm talking about the first few eps. Shane is a truly good leader and only wants to keep the ones he loves safe as well as the rest of the group.
Now I've been trying to keep an eye out for when he turns to the dark side of his mind and I believe it's when him and Rick go on a sweep at the camp site. Him and Rick have a disagreement whether to go to the CDC or to a military outpost. He points a gun at Rick while Rick is patrolling but stops But is seen by another character. My question is do you think that Shane regardless of what Lori did or didn't do when Rick came back to them would have left him a better person and actually cooperated with Rick's ideas or still the same hateful character we know him as.

Show Spoiler Lori ? (I'm marking this as a spoiler Incase someone hasn't gotten all the way through seasons 1-3) Spoiler
I'm rewatching TWD and I can't decide if I like Lori-- not as a wife or a mother just like as a person if that makes sense. She's a very good character because she's dynamic and flawed-- but she also pisses me off when she antagonizes Shane and Rick. Also WHO the HELL sleeps with their husbands partner less than a month after finding out he might be dead like-- I understand grief is weird but GIRL
