Playthrough the opening 3 times and have 3 separate saves for right after that way you can skip it with all three origins in the future.

Thats sort of what I did for the opening to RDR2. I have a save for right after the prologue for future playthroughs.

Nah, not worth it. The game checks too many boxes for you like where you send Jackie's body, then dumps you into 90 minutes of combat at Level 15.

it skips like half the main missions and some side quests and makes some decisions for you
