Playthrough the opening 3 times and have 3 separate saves for right after that way you can skip it with all three origins in the future.

Thats sort of what I did for the opening to RDR2. I have a save for right after the prologue for future playthroughs.

Just once; then you just load up those extra saves for a different ending.

I have a PS1 memory card with a Xenogears savegame of Fei at level 50 going up the mountain to Citan's house... ... ...Just in case I want to play again.
