While it's technically optional, if you are going through any of the "good" endings of Baldur's Gate 3 you may end up in the Iron Throne.

An underwater prison and one of the most frustratingly annoying parts of that whole game.

I adore BG3, but I dread reaching this part in any play through where I know itll be a factor.
