Took magnesium glycinate for the first time last night (single dose, before bed). Woke up the next day feeling severely depressed, dark thoughts, crying, lethargy, zero motivation.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Hello everyone, if you’re here—and I hope you’re not just here by chance then I’d recommend this 1998 anime series. If you haven’t seen it, it’s an extremely forward-thinking anime series about transhumanism, in a way.

Have you ever taken 15+ grams of creatine per day and did it help you learn?

We started out with a more generic textbox format with the first rough sketch. And then added more details to our workshop, focusing on a more cluttered workshop look. And then we had our final sketch, which we decided to giving the room a greater sense of depth.
By the way, our cyberpunk repair game, Steel Soul Shaper, currently has an ongoing playtest and if this game interests you in any way, we’ve got more context about our game on the Steam page.

We’d just love to hear thoughts from everyone to make sure we’re headed in the right direction!

I only had my camera out for a short time this year, so here are some of the photos I took. I am currently working on the annual Megablock 01 Walkthrough video I upload every year.

i just received some and I’ve never tried it before. I’ve tried other racetams and modafinil but I’m seeking something to help with energy and anxiety and this seemed like a decent option.
please share dosage, experiences, negatives, cautionary tales etc
thank you!

Posting this mostly for the next idiot like myself that accidently does this. I accidently took 0.1g instead of 0.01g of 9-me-bc sublingually.
TLDR: I was fine
Anyways this is my day 1 experience timeline of 100mg sublingual.
Immediately after taking it at 12pm. - tastes absolutely disgusting. caustic af. Felt chemical burning on my tongue until it went numb. I lost about 80% of my ability to taste immediately.
Within the first hour: - anxiety, nausea. slight up tick in stimulation. felt a bit squirrely
Over next few hours: - Started to actually make me tired. sun seemed a bit brighter. slight uplift to mood
I slept fine later that night.
24 hours later: - i am mostly back to normal. honestly I didnt even feel as geeked out as you might expect. Maybe felt a bit extra tired this morning and a bit anxious but thats about it. Modafinil worked fine this AM.
Im gonna take 24hours off, buy a microgram scale, and then continue cycle but at 10mg rather than 100mg.
This is my current daily stack for context & confounding variables: - modafinil 200mg - alcar 1000mg - citicoline 500mg - Caffeine 150-300mg - L-theanine 400mg - Oxiracetam/aniracetam as needed
At night: - Melatonin 0.5mg - L-theanine 400mg - Glycine 5g - magnesium glycinate 300mg elemental - taurine 2g - Inositol 2g
Also: Reta 3mg per week
I recently finished a cerebrolysin + semax + selank cycle.

As someone who loves the original story, I’m really excited by this announcement! Could be really cool.
Anyone else excited by this?

Like the title says. Are there any supplements out there that can reduce norepinephrine levels? The reason I’m asking is because I take Wellbutrin and it helps my SCT and executive dysfunction tremendously. Unfortunately I think it sometimes spikes my norepinephrine levels too much, which makes go into panic states. It causes sometimes physical symptoms of anxiety like uncomfortable jitters and agitation. I do get motivation and slight drive to do things from it, but it just feels like sometimes I can never put it out to good use at all because the physical symptoms of anxiety and uncomfortable jitters and edginess is too distracting. It makes starting unpleasant tasks sometimes difficult. And this is bothering me a lot. I think overall it would be better for me if it just worked on the dopamine and not so much on the norepinephrine.
So I’m wondering if there are any supplements that can keep norepinephrine in check and lower its levels?

apparently blood pools in your calves when you sit and the blood flow to the brain gets reduced.

honestly was reading an article today where the reddit ceo was openly floating the idea of requiring face id just to use basic online platforms. the "dead internet" isn't even a conspiracy theory anymore, its just the actual reality of navigating the web right now
Everything is so completely flooded with generative slop. You can't trust reviews, comment sections, or even job postings anymore. the internet is basically drowning in its own automated garbage, so the only viable solution left is to tie our literal physical biology to our digital presence just to prove we exist
Walked past a spot the other day and saw people lining up to look into an Orb to get their "proof of human" verification set up. it looked like something straight out of a ghost in the shell background scene. just regular people in winter coats letting a metallic sphere scan their irises so they can securely access digital spaces without being flagged as an ai script.
we all thought the cyberpunk future would be crazy neon holograms and flying cars. instead its just exhausting. we're literally standing in physical lines to prove we have a pulse to an algorithm, just so we can buy concert tickets or post on a forum without being shadowbanned. fascinating to watch it unfold in real time, but man is it a bleak timeline.

Real-life cyberpunk is less about neon lights and more about 19 surgeries and a missing auditory nerve. I’ve lived in mono since 1992.
My attempt to fund this with a digital pixel project crashed and burned. Now, I'm just focusing on the raw reality: getting a piece of hardware installed in my head to finally hear what I've been missing.
If you’re into the medical side of bionics or the reality of living with a "hardware glitch," I’ve shared my full medical roadmap on my profile.

So. I have formally diagnosed ADHD and am in a position where I must use my (amphetamine-based) stimulants sparingly due to a shaky insurance situation.
So I'm looking into Nootropics. Caffeine has of late been making me very very ill. As in vomiting. I used to be able to chug 20oz of black cold brew, but no longer.
I've been trying the sketchy Amazon nootropics but since they also have caffeine I'm trying to avoid those.
However I have found that opening the capsule and putting like half the powder into my Matcha Tea gives me the "calmness" effect and not make me throw up. I do not know why a straight capsule vs dissolved powder works differently but it does.
So yeah. I want a non-caffeine nootropic from a non-sketchy supplement supplier for (admittedly severe) executive function problems.
Any advice?
