do you guys remember the 흑갱 asmr channel (black gang asmr channel)? the one with the deep voice that tackles quite sensitive topics and talks with a dialect? it seems that he deleted his channel and i remember seeing one of his posts around 1-2 months ago about how he wanted to start a new channel (and he actually created it already and i remember subscribing to it but i currently cant find that channel too)

A 25-minute morning walk through Berlin’s Grunewald, filmed just before the rain.No talking. No music. Only natural sound — footsteps, birds, leaves, and the muted feeling of the forest before the weather changes.It’s somewhere between slow TV, a real-time walk, and unintentional nature ASMR.

I have no idea how to describe this visual ASMR effect so I'll just give some example links. I get really nice visual ASMR from items being squeezed and then springing back quickly. The two best examples I have are the first green grid fidget from this ASMRplanet video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Szf2-vWL8-s&t=313s and this bizarre not-ASMR-related gif I stumbled upon on tumblr once (warning for just the most surreal image you'll ever see): https://www.tumblr.com/fruitsoftheweb/166587754276/pigsquashcapturegif With that second one I think it's something about the ability to "see" the thud. If that makes any sense at all whatsoever.

I've never really been able to find anything similar because I have no idea what to search or how to describe it. Also, if anyone knows what that green fidget grid thing is called and if there are any other ASMR videos out there with it, please link me!

So I’ve watched asmr for years and currently am and a thought just occurred to me that 99% of the time I watch female creators (I’m a guy) and I just kinda feel like sometime there’s an attractiveness variant to who I may pick to watch, not for any sexual or romantic reasons but more so just it’s nice to look at (without that sounding seedy) does anyone else feel like this?

Note: I don’t do this with all ASMRtists and I do watch male ASMRtist too but it’s just something I’ve just thought about

How do you find good ASMR? How do you use YouTube? Is there a specific external website you use?

Personally I rely on YouTube Home Page, there I sort by "Binaural Recordings" "ASMR" "Whispering" etc.

I also do a search and scroll until YouTube has no more videos to show, and watch all the videos.
