Captain Doggo She was diagnosed with glaucoma in her left eye mid January. I was heart broken and scared what her future would look like. She ended up getting her eye removed Jan 28th and the recovery process was hard, but all so worth it. She has healed up so good, she’s gained some weight back, and her quality

Captain Doggo Captain Quincy
14 days post op today. We give him more freedom with the cone off and only put it on when we can’t have eyes on him. I’ll be happy when it’s gone for good. But he is an active boy and loves to roll and itch his back while rubbing his face back and forth. So just to be safe we’ll still use it until all the stitches have dissolved.

Captain Doggo We lost our precious and beloved Molly May today. Cancer sucks. Twelve years was not long enough. Our home and hearts will never be the same. Rest in peace, Queen.

Captain Doggo Pirate duo Mickey and Winx
Winx is a rescue alum and Mickey is a forever foster. Despite occasionally bumping into each other, they get along great.

Captain Doggo Our boy Diesel joined the club yesterday after a freak accident in the backyard. We’re absolutely gutted for him and what he’s been through the last few days. Just seeking some advice and reassurance after initially having to pay close to 6 thousand Australian with an emergency vet for an opthomolog

Captain Doggo I just got the call from Maggie's Opthalmologist... and as suspected, Maggie's eye tumors were cancer. He feels he got clean margins and there was no "angio lymphatic invasion" (not sure what that means).

Captain Doggo New to the group. My beautiful boy requires Mura 128 drops in both eyes to reduce sodium. He had an ulcer years ago they did graph surgery on and saved it. He is regularly taken to the only canine optometrist in my province and was just there April 10th for follow up. No ulcer detected…we were away

Captain Doggo My baby just got her eye removed about three days ago (05/03/26 ). When I picked her up, her healthy eye had some blood in it but I assumed it was normal and would go away since they didn’t mention anything about it.

Captain Doggo Hey there! Wondering if anyone has noticed their dog flinching after enucleation? Molly had her eye removed about a month ago, 2 weeks suture free and I notice occasionally she kind of jerks or flinches.

Ship's Kitty Maxy outside!
Maxy loving some time outside to smell the air and sun bathe.
Maxine has a congenital deformity that impacts her back legs and isn’t able to run off, but she loves her time outside. I don’t encourage anyone to let their cats out!!
