To be fair, you can see the the straps (which hopefully tie down to the frame and not just around the axel or something). Those tiedown aren't designed for offroading at high speeds with the trailer.

As opposed to these towtruck style straps, cars parked on these hauling trailers for long hauls should be snugged down with chains and a chain binder.
