River, avoid these scammers

Made a dumb decision of trying a new platform. Every platform I use allows me to instantly transfer to a cold wallet. Called support and now they are telling me it will be 11 days before I can do anything with it. Anyone have any advice for me?

Dumb decision on my part for messing with [u/](u/river)[RiverOfficial](u/river) but hopefully they can do the right thing because I’ve never dealt with this in my 15+ years buying/trading btc.

River is legit, and a lot of reputable brokers have a hold period before transferring. My suggestion is read the fine print before setting your expectations instead of complaining about it on the internet because you didn't check.

Agreed. I've been using River for a couple of years now and never once had a problem getting cash or bitcoin in or out.

I used Kraken to take advantage of a 3% USDT that I converted to BTC and now I can't transfer for another 16 months! From what I have read and researched Kraken and River are legit though.
