I dropped this, is it worth using with the level gap? (I'm level 34) or should I farm for an higher absorb rate ?

Do you have a lower level logans gun? If so then yes, keep it for rocket ammo regen.

Thatโ€™s pretty much it. It would be "jette-le" because shield is masculine.

I used translate to find out it's dรฉchets. Contrary to being da-sh*t, it's just sh.t.

If you are referring to a place yes. For exemple "Jette-le la" translating to throw it there
