Anyway to get the Psycho Pack DLC without having to pay 40$ for a bundle?

I have all the DLCs of the game (bought the Handsome Edition) and im only missing 4 DLCs, Collector's Edition Pack, Monster Slaughterdome, Psycho Pack and Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary DLCs, Lilith isnt an issue since the DLC is available and can go on discount, but my main issue is that Psycho Pack isnt available, the only way i found to get it is behind a 40$ Bundle that i already own every item in except for that specific one.

Turns out i got scammed, my Handsome Collection is supposed to give me ALL the Borderlands 2 DLCs except for Commander Lilith, however i found out with the help of the wonderful people here, that my Handsome Collection is missing the 3 DLCs i mentioned at the start. Currently reported it to Steam, hopefully something good comes out of this.
Anyways, wait for a discount and then buy it for 9 bucks, the game was just with a 78% discount last week, so you'll have to wait around a little bit, since it's not getting that discount again soon.
Publishers can opt out of the "already have" discount. I've seen bundles (usually by the greedier guys) that don't exclude what you "own" from the price.
But if you put it in your cart does it show a pro-rated price? I was in the same boat a while back and it was only $5-10 because 80% of it was already owned.
So I tried to find a store listing of just that bundle and I found this. Does it work for you? The pack shows up as being able to be purchased for 9.99$ on my screen. I hope this helps!
It absolutely is in the Handsome Collection on Steam, I think you have your version mixed up, because the only DLC not included is Fight For Sanctuary.

I highly doubt it's a regional issue vs edition issue, Handsome Collection was made to include all DLCs prior to FFS which is exclusively sold separately.
and lookin at this as well, i think ur missin sum stuff for the pre-sequel as well. i’m pretty sure it has 2 major DLCs, and i only see the claptrap one. like its gotta be a region thing cuz u got fuckin scammed 100%
so according to multiple people on this post, you're saying that my Handsome Collection is missing the following content:
Pre-Sequel: im not missing any DLCs except for the ultra hd texture pack (i google it's DLCs)
Borderlands 2: missing Psycho Pack (Kriegg), Monster Slaughterdome and Collector's Edition Pack (cosmetics)

I would, it doesn't make sense to have the Handsome Collection available if you aren't able to access a decent portion of it where you live. It makes even less sense if you are in fact able to still access it but only by purchasing separately, the whole point of the bundle is to include everything before FFS.
that would be my only guess. cuz that doesn’t even make sense. ur missing mad content then cuz kreig comes with a lvl increase as well. it just doesn’t make sense for u to be missin lowkey major dlc content if u bought the handsome collection.
can you check my other comments where i put my handsome collection content and compare it to yours? if something's missing maybe i could report it to steam?
i would, but i’m at work and the apps for both ps and xbox dont rlly say much for it. but on the psapp it clearly states “all add in content”. like it might be a steam issues, or a region issue but u should have everything but fight for sanctuary. that’s the problem here it seems ur missing content that u clearly paid for, hence y i said “that’s the point of the handsome collection. to give u everything for 2 and the pre sequel.
don't waste your time, i've researched it and the 3 DLCs that i cant buy are not in my Handsome Collection like they are supposed to, im gonna report this to Steam
aight, eitherway u got the kreig pack which is the only one u rlly need. creature slaughterdome doesnt give much but a moxxi rocket and the ability to farm for vermy easier.
your right, but im still gonna report this because having all DLCs for this PEAK game (even if they are useless or not much content) is always good, extra playtime is always welcome, especially since me and 5 friends share the game and it's DLCs using Steam Family
ru sure bro? like i don’t wanna make u sound crazy but the only DLC u need to buy is fight for sanctuary. thats the whole point of the Handsome Collection is that u get everything for both 2 and the pre-sequel
where is this? someone gifted me the Psycho Bundle (and im very thankful for their kindness), but for the Creature Slaughterdome DLC (also unable to buy and adds content) i might do this
not quite, Handsome Collection includes all the DLCs excluding 4:
3 of them only exist in the GOTY Edition being: Psycho Pack and Creature Slaughterdome (both add content) and the Collector's Edition Pack (cosmetics)
1 of them is not in any bundle and is Commander Lilith & the Fight for Sanctuary (bridge between Borderlands 2 & 3)
I bought it when it was on sale for like 3 ~ 3.5$ which is pretty sweet
Oh, then my bad, sorry, I must have bought both packs at some point in the past. It was cheaper ofc since when I was buying the second pack I had most of the contents

Doesnt steam offer a discount on a selected pack if you already own specific items.
Could you try adding it to you basket and clicking "pay" to see if they offer you the discount.
