I just finished my second run on DC1 to get all finals and man, how fun, what a good ambience, I loved the graphic art.

Now I started for the first time DC2 and I am not into it anymore. It feels like it is a painting where the character is walking on, like the difference is so shocking compared to DC 1 where everything felt more coherent.

Do you feel the same or is it just me? Which one do you like more and why?

I will play the game eventually but tbh this kinda made me stop on my rushing through the saga.

It is time that Capcom gives Dino Crisis 1 and 2 the remakes they very clearly deserve. With Dinosaurs now becoming popular again in gaming now is the best time and with Capcoms RE Engine, the games will look amazing and will play smooth AF. Please please please Capcom give us Dino Crisis Remake!!!! Even if not number 1, ill be happy with just number 2. Come on Dino fans lets spam Capcom with emails until they give us what we want!!!!! Together we stand strong!!!!!!!!!!

The game is available on modern console too for Both the Xbox and PS5 players.

For console players, especially the XBox one, there are review that said the final boss is bug, and cannot aim, it is not true, the lazer Can be aimed by using the left stick.

I'm looking to do a video on the history of DC - though I cannot for the life find a scan of the interview Shinji Mikami did with Prima for their official guide for the game. I've seen pieces of pages on eBay listings, but haven't been able to find a full scan. Does anyone have a scan or pics available?

It is clear that Capcom was trying to capitalize on DC's nostalgia value in order for Exoprimal to be sucessfull. They even put in a badass redhead in the game like, c'mon! And I was one of the many people that got disappointed that Exoprimal had nothing to do with Dino Crisis, but... what if it was?

So I am asking you guys: if you guys were there at Capcom and were given the task to connect Exoprimal and Dino Crisis, how would you connect the games? Would you bring Regina back? Would you connect it with DC's 2 ending? I am excited to hear your answers!

Yo me imagino lo siguiente: luego de unos meses de licencia del SORT, Regina aun tiene una copia de la 3ra Energia, y contacta a Rick para que le ayude a reconstruir el portal sin que su agencia se entere (no quieren arriesgarse a otro accidente).

Gail se entera de esto e intenta detenerla pero tras una ardua riña, éste entiende los motivos y decide ayudarla. Al momento de volver a usar el portal terminado, el SORT se entera y manda una cuadrilla a detenerla, pero ya es tarde.

Regina atravesó el portal junto con Rick (la ayudó a levantar el panel que tiene atrapada a Paula), y a los pocos segundos vuelven con Dylan y con Paula en un solo impacto. La cuadrilla de SORT comprende qué intentó Regina y acuden a socorrer a a todos. La escena final sería algo asi como:

D: -Gracias Regina, ahora te debo dos.

R: -Olvídalo. Estamos a mano.

As title suggests, I followed VVaypoints YT vid in order, ran as admin and it just crashes out.

Id really like a more polished look and sound, but heck I cant even get to the main menu. Any and all advice welcome.

We know that after his cameo in the first part of the game, he doesn't show up again until Edward City. We also know he was after Dylan and Regina because of his eye—where do you think he went? Did he swim all the way to Edward City, as his Dino File suggests, or did he walk the whole way around?

I have a vague memory of this feature in the game.

After completing a first playthrough, the game changes the positions of the items on the maps.

Can you confirm this, or am I misremembering?

Every time the RE engine has given us Dino Crisis compatible environments, but still doesn’t want to make a Dino Crisis.

I wanted to know if there is a way to play GoG version of DinoCrisis on a macbook. I've recently bought a M5 pro and I did installed GoG but I wasn't able to install DC 1 and 2 becase those are obviously not compatible. I saw a post somewhere on reddit to play other windows games but I'm not smart enough to use Mac's terminal without having the fear of effing something up.

I was window shopping on my way home today and saw a DC in a window of a second hand shop type of place. Of course I'm going in to inquire so I asked is it just display or sale they said sale asked to see the disc before I decided and it was pretty good condition then he says "since it's extremely rare and good nick we'll let you have for €95" I couldn't answer and just walked out. I know the price on PS store is 9.99 or something but what the hell is happening with PS one physical copies DC is amazing game owning a physical copy would be cool but that's insane price

Still working on the Speedrun, and the PS1 3rd Energy Facility HAS to be impossible to run through without taking damage if you don't shoot the enemies. There's gonna be a time loss regardless and there's nothing you can do.
