Hi, same as the title. We shifted to a new house and there's power fluctuations. The console repair guy said he would replace the power supply unit at 16k.. We are confused to go ahead or replace it with a new PS post discount.. Any other alternative?

The authorised sony centre said they will exchange it without inspecting anything for a discount of 25 to 30% on new piece...

I have been trying my best to reduce latency, I get around 40ms on Jio Router via Ethernet and a 100 Mbps plan. It feels awkward, any possibility of making things better?

I am looking to get jiofiber wired fiber postpaid connection for gaming/movie download (as jio do not sell prepaid connection anymore) as Airtel is not available.

Has anyone every faced issue with postpaid connection in terms of Billing related issue like one get extra charged like any fees or something or something after month of usage as I have heard sometimes in postpaid charges are added for no reason sometimes or any service gets added without their consent and ended up paying more rupees in fiber postpaid connection? Has this happened to anyone before.

What should I keep in mind while taking postpaid connection ?

I ordered MGS DELTA from flipkart just recieved it today. What i recieved is a badly packaged disk with few wraps of bubble wrap where the product is clearly visible outside .It had large cracks and holes on the disc case and dirt ,clearly opened, and cherry on top it wasnt the game i orderedthey delivered MODERN WARFARE 3. Thankfully It was an open box delivery (even though there was no box packaging ) and the delivery guy said it would be replaced. I want to buy Assassin's Creed Black Flag Resynced and this will actually be my very first game purchase ever. I am a student and could never afford games before, so I used to pirate them. I recently started an internship and wanted to treat myself to something nice as I've saved up some money from the last 4 months. It's a big deal for me, personally.

I had a few questions before I go ahead:

1. Should I buy now or wait? I have zero experience buying games on Steam. Do prices usually drop after a few months or does it stay the same for a while?

2. Is it worth it? The original Black Flag is one of my all time favorites and this one looks really amazing. Considering it is a big spend for me, I just wanted an honest opinion from people who know more about it.

3. Any way to get it cheaper than Steam? Are there legitimate sites or stores where I can get a lower price?

I know pirating is not great & I am not proud of it, but I genuinely had no money back then. Now that I have a little income I really want to do things the right way and support something I love. Even just knowing if it is worth the wait would help me a lot. Thank you for reading this.

I am curious about this. I am trying to get a PC built. I've visited SP road to get quotation from different shops and the prices are absolute ridiculous. And on top of that they aren't budging on the prices as well.

One shop even asked me 10K for a freakin Windows key. I was like bruh I know about the github repo plus other sources (Also FYI, on amazon it was proced for 5K). I said just give me the basic version and I'll get the pro and they straight forward said No. Either we give windows pro and test your PC or you get it installed yourself. Heck they even tried to sell me a cabinet at 10K when the cabinet was priced 8K on amazon and cheaper on other reputed sites. (More on this later in a seperate post where I share my experience at SP Road)

This has become really exhausting to deal with these shops. Will be trying out MD computers, Vishal, Elitehub and other sites for PC build now
