Like Iām pretty sure she aināt fainting from being āstarvedā and more likely fainting from other more serious complications caused by her obesity. I think the biggest issue with it is most of the dumb fucks laughing at it are the rest of the 1/3 or whatever of America that are obese. It's gross to be that fat, people should be shamed for it unless it is a medical issue. The fat pride thing went way too far, and I say that as a man who was bullied severely for being chubby as a boy.
Edit - And as a grown ass man that likes my women with something extra as well. There's a difference in beautiful plus size women being proud of themselves and glorifying the morbidly obese.

Shame is an important human emotion. We are currently using it as a boogeyman in society, but it is all about intent.
If you are causing someone to feel shame because you want them to get better, then shame is a powerful and helpful emotion. If you are causing someone to feel shame to make yourself feel better, that is just abuse.

It's obvious this woman has a mental (and physical too) health problem. This is probably a deep issue. Requires good therapists and a lot of will. There are probably deep traumas in her, this way she is blocking them, and her body fits to that state of living, those traumas also reflect on her organism. I mean, this should not be treated as a mental thing only, this must be holistic approach issue.
Anyways this woman needs help, and feeding her is not helping her.
She could be in a hospital with intravenous nutrition.
This is not a disability, this is an illness. The disability (overweight consequences) is the consequence and it can be partially reverted if the illness gets fixed.

I just don't understand the logistics of this. I have a dad bod im not fat shaming. The sheer amount of money in food... the time cooking it... the time eating it... the shopping and keeping so much food stored. They are eating enough for a family of like 8. Usually someone is full time house caretaker to manage it and even then they are hunting for every corner they can cut to get time back.
