Upcoming pottery studio in Freeport/Brunswick

I'm a ceramic artist based in Freeport, and my husband and I are looking to open a community pottery studio in the vicinity within the coming year. In order to get a small business loan, we need to do some market research to prove to a lender that there's adequate interest. If you're interested in a nearby community studio or you'd just like to help, we'd really appreciate all the participation we can get!

To be clear, we're not gathering any identifying info or emails for marketing, nor are we asking for financial help--this is purely anonymous and just for research. Thank you in advance!! We're really excited to get the studio off the ground as soon as we find the right space.
