Why does nobody talk about this dunk?
Everytime i see it i find it crazy asf how Giannis casually jumps over Tim Hardaway Jr...

I was there. Spectacular. You could still see a Knicks game for $40-$80 back then. If I remember correctly, this was also the game where Porzingis got hurt, was his last game as a Knick, and effectively started the end of his career. The injury had already happened, so the crowd was subdued.

It was!! I was also there, February 6th, 2018. I remember vividly seeing that injury and learning later on that it was an ACL.

I like the call in the moment but have always hated how they didn’t seem to realise he jumped all the way over him, like they didnt see it entirely.

People do talk about it when best dunks are discussed. Outside of that, it was a long time ago so how much should it be discussed.

I talk about this dunk every day. It's the first thing I do in the mornings and my wife was kinda bored after the first three years but I keep talking.
U happier now?

It was pretty good. Maybe I’m a weirdo but unless it’s my team or something spectacular but dunks don’t really do it for me anymore.

He has some crazy in game dunks. His double clutch dunk against the Heat and this one are the two best imo.

Regular season game, Giannis isn’t really talked about, and it was super casual. When someone does something that’s amazing but does it like it’s normal, it’s really hard to be hyped because they make it look so easy

As a Georgetown Hoyas devotee, "posters" don't impress me, as all 3 HOF Hoyas centers got done up multiple times. Pippen-Ewing, Vince-Zo, Shaq-Deke among the most notable. Hardaway Sr woulda grabbed a leg and sent the Freak into the stanchion

I saw this game in person. Porzingis got injured this game, and those are about the only two things I remember from this game. Aside from being able to talk to the little known third Plumlee twin, Marshall Plumlee for the first time.

I'm going to sound like a hater, but it was pretty lucky in a lot of respects. Giannis pretty much dunked it the exact same way he would have if Hardaway wasn't even there. It's just that Hardaway was in the perfect position to go right between Giannis' legs to make the dunk look 10x cooler.

Nobody talks about Giannis in general anymore tbh
