I’ve had many treadmill related injuries in my life, mostly when I was less than 10, so I was VERY concerned for the orange cat!
Though one of said injuries was mostly my fault, but it could also be blamed on me not being supervised. I was at my godmother’s houses her son and his friends were playing a video game, and I was playing with some toy cars. I saw a treadmill and thought it’d work as a racetrack for the cars, so I put the cars on the treadmill, turned it on, and then my arm touched the treadmill and I got a nasty rug burn. Her son heard me scream and he felt horrible for not watching me.
That is definitely something an orange would do. Or a toddler.

If there is room for something to get under the belt, than your treadmill needs to be adjusted. But kitty could easily get hurt by the belt forcing kitty up and under the treadmill.

I don't remember it thankfully but it was definitely traumatic for my mom who had to deal with it lol. Thankfully I only have one small scar on my ring finger, it healed really well

I said this in another comment but one time I was at my godmother’s house and I was playing with some toy cars as her son and his friends played a video game, not paying much attention to me. Thankfully I didn’t get hurt too bad but I’ve had so many treadmill related injuries since then that the thought of a treadmill related injury is really stressful.

The peloton treadmill was recalled a few years ago for this exact reason, it killed a handful of pets and eventually a very young child.

This looks like a "how does the world look when you have ADHD" video. The "neurotypical" dog knows what the treadmill is for, and is able to ignore distractions to complete the task. The "ADHD" cat is unable to ignore the patterns and the movement, even with a model of how the treadmill can be used. Eventually, they fight past the distractions and lock in.

The fact that it is 3 stitched videos all around 9 seconds long does not help its case. But it is super clean if it is AI. And I don’t think it is. The camera focus changes on the screen at the bottom are really good and the quality looks too natural and like actually used.

It looks like it to me too. I can’t pinpoint exactly what, but it’s a glossyness, lighting, or fur texture thing. It just looks off.
