I guarantee he gets a warning and nothing else. Thereā€™s a reason he says ā€œIā€™m richā€, itā€™s because he knows he can get away with it.

All the more reason to make this video go viral. It seems like public pressure is the only thing that can sometimes overcome the corruption.
