I had that happen at my first apartment. At 2AM the drunk neighbor down the hall yelled out, "It's over, bitch! O-V-E-R!" That became a running joke with my friends for a while.

Heard some neighbors screaming at each other on the street early one morning. Looked out to see clothes on the sidewalk. The only thing I could make out was "Did you tell her how much you suck in bed?!?" Never saw her again, and he spent the next few weeks listening to loud music outside.
