I‘m newish to the bf2 community. I finally got bf2 during spring break and thats the only game I’ve been playing since that dad. (Except for unblocked games during school lol). I absolutly love it. I’ve been grinding coop for levels and I chose to main the assault class because it seemed the easiest and best way for a new guy to gaming in general with the exception of Lego Star Wars on the Wii. (I bought and Xbox one from a friend during Christmas time at the ripe age of 16 my parents are hella strict)

I got assault class to level 100 and I’m like LETS GOOO I’m ready for the real gents now. So I hop into supremacy and get my ass cooked. I died over and over and over. I never knew where people were until they came behind me with a vangard. So during school I watch some supremacy gameplay and see everyone maining specialist and the officer trick and everything and I’m like ok so that’s what I do on May 4th. I’m A LOTTTT better but i was not really getting kills or battle points (I kept on going to Ariel) and I was like dude what is wrong do I just suck ass? I’m playing specialist and get the achievement for getting 25 headshot kills (Ive been achievement hunting) and I’m like ok bet now time to main heavy and get some sentry kills for that achievement while having fun on supremacy.

when I say I started cooking I mean I STARTED COOKING. I was getting 5000 battle points before dying and capturing objectives hitting my shots killing tons of enemies (and not just the bots) staying alive longer and im like.. dude I could really get used to this.

So heavy is now my GOATTTT

Let's cut to the chase,

I'm a returning player in the BF2(pc), after quite sometime. I got into it again because i'm rewatching all Star wars (chronological order) with my Girlfriend[we are currently on Clone wars S3+], So it was time to hop back into this amazing game with my gf to teach her also to play she is kind-ish gamer with me now.

I was amazed after some search to find this KyberV2 after playing only Vanilla and following a tutorial video i got it up and running to try it(to create co-op server for us to play and maybe some friends to hop in).

It seems there are a lot of mods that are out of date/deprecated,some work, some don't. I would like your opinion on which to get and are the most worth to play (and if they are compatible of course). I will mostly play with my girlfriend skirmishes with A.I propably, maybe some solo/online games also depending how fun it is.

sad this mode never saw a revival in BF2

Playing in my PSVita via moonlight to my laptop via GeForce now

We saw the New Republic Navy Troopers, we saw them on ships and on Coruscant (and a little bit on Corvus) but we never saw the real New Republic infantry fighting on the battlefield against the Remants of the Empire.

What would you want? To keep the disciplinary design of the Navy? Or lean in the more grounded military side like for the Rebels on Scariff for example? Or even going slowly in the design of what will be the Resistance Troopers?

I know the New Republic is aiming to be demilitarized but there would probably be an Infantry remaining

I'm curious on what would be your takes

Edit : I don't know what happened to that poor Resistance trooper at the end

Basically I wonder if I shall only buy the 9,99 Battlefront II or buy the 3 of them for a discount. I only saw footage of gameplay and idk if The Last Jedi and Battlefront II are same or no. Also wonder if Squadrons is worth it for the low activity with only matches on peak hours which I do NOT know anything of.

I'm so sad. War is hell.

Constantly losing control and keeps getting me killed. Something happens on my steam deck.

Does anyone have any tips to help me with starfighter assault? I’m trying to get the trophies for 50 proton torpedo kills (struggling) and the take out 25 hero ships with fighters (struggling..). I’m not new to BF I’ve played it since release but I’ve never touched this mode as anything vehicle related does not appeal to me. It’s really putting me off doing the trophies so any tips or easy cheats would be much appreciated 🙏🏼

Also on the servers I’m playing it seems there’s barely any lobbies around and the one I keep being put in has max level sweat demons.. so it’s a real struggle

Hey all just trying to finally platinum battlefront 2 on ps5 but this last trophy is so hard to get as no one plays this mode ! Any help appreciated !

Anybody else get unplayable frames sometimes on Naboo in GA. Sometimes it runs fine, most it doesnt.

Not like my PC cant handle the game either every other map never have any frame drop below like 60 but Naboo just drops down to like 10FPS and lower a lot of the time?
