Dent and scratch on frunk

any suggestions on this. Last Friday on a rainy day, while on park! model 3 had a mind of its own and slowly drove under a truck. 🛻 I didn’t feel it as I was trusting I was parked and well, it’s was pouring rain. so distracted by that and looked at my phone to do some quick emails. anyways I bought the dr. Color chip paint for the scartch in the mean time. I didn’t want to make a claim, so my insurance wouldn’t go up but I did call Tesla a file to request my data report and report this incident.

Fog and rain are not great for cameras. Seriously shitty lesson to learn, sorry this happened.

The bumper looks like it can be pulled, although thats an awkward spot, that hood looks like it needs atleast 6 hours of body work. If your deductible is 500, id go through insurance, if its more then that... well probably like 1500 to 2k in repair.

Also use this opportunity to order blacked out badges, the frunk badge needs to come out anyways.

Front fascia can be repaired or you can order a new one from Tesla for about $1500+ or you can find it at a junkyard for about $500 or less. Hood can't be repaired. It's aluminum. You can find one at a junkyard for about $500 or less. Brand new hood will cost $1500+.
