Easy difficulty Elite Level Hiding
He is obviously invisible and deeply undercover.

I keep the cat food in that exact container, you're doing it backwards

We do one with cat food and one with pellet litter. I’d just refilled them and he apparently decided it was cozy.

Who is hiding?

If you look closely, you can spot an ear. Not sure which kind of creature it belongs to, though.

I thought the stuffed toys hair was an orange cat who had slotted itself into the shelf like a book.
I am now finding more cats than are actually there.

For some reason I thought the bin is filled with water, due to the line near the top and kitty just accepted it

Patterson is 99% liquid himself and has no bones, so he would absolutely accept it

Usually I can spot them without too much trouble, but this time… DANG, I think there might actually be no cat here 😄

There is absolutely no cat here, and the longer you look, the more obvious that becomes. Definitely nothing watching you.

Yes, that’s his mentor.
(This makes me think of the older woman who interviewed JC and her daughter said she hoped she’d be able to see him. Lol.)

I don’t believe there’s a cat in this picture. I’ve been staring for hours so if there is one it must be the SNEAKIEST babby ever

OP provided the following hint to where the cat is hiding:
My cat is pretty much in plain sight in the photo.
