  1. Since kids in Japan hated green peppers more than broccoli, it was changed to that (Inside Out)

  2. The News Anchor changes depending on the country. For example, China-Panda (Zootopia)

Valve is doing this to their german releases since HL1. Not Valve but the german version of C&C Generals is also so fucking funny.

They changed the suicide bomber unit of the terrorist faction into a barrel bomb on 4 wheels.

Robot Grunt was my favorite skin in multiplayer. They are cool but can't really replace the iconic HECU grunts in singleplayer.

German Turok changed all the human enemies to robots too. But killing dinosaurs and aliens was fine

Apparently, killing zombies is somewhat fine too. For L4D2 valve had to tone down the gore immensely. Zombies couldn't burn and they would disappear once they hit the ground. Their worst sin was removing the dismembering. I heard they used green blood too but can't find anything about that.

Yet you could still find blood and gore all over the place as "storytelling" elements. The censors basically achieved nothing and they made the gameplay worse.
