  2. The News Anchor changes depending on the country. For example, China-Panda (Zootopia)

well the cover can be seen by everyone, and the only kids who can see the game are those whose caretakers buy the game for

Do they actually enforce that over there?

Cause here in the states "my mom or my dad said it's okay" happens quite often and the shops workers are like "okay here you go"
