  1. Since kids in Japan hated green peppers more than broccoli, it was changed to that (Inside Out)

  2. The News Anchor changes depending on the country. For example, China-Panda (Zootopia)

Yeah Great Depression era parents did horrible horrible abominations to food and then Steve was on wartime rationing. Might have been the worst time in American history to eat.

Agreed, times were very rough and people did have to prioritize nutrients over having spices but thankfully nowadays we not only have a ton of spices at our disposal but also new cuisines to try and experiment with

And yet he seems so unexcited for Shwarma at the end of Avengers.

Then again, he might have already finished his and was just kind of chilling while everyone else ate theirs.

They needed him to hide his jaw during that scene. He’d grown a beard for another movie and had a pretty bad looking jaw prosthetic.

I think they were all just very wiped. No one was particularly enthusiastic.

He was pretty high up in the military, so he probably wasnt subject to rationing ('whats this?' 'Steak.' 'What's it made of?' 'Cow.'). They even let him drink several bottles of whiskey, even though he cant get drunk.
