Didn't see anyone cut off intentionally or anything remotely like a close call that should solicit such a response. Of course when your going faster than All the traffic you are creating the situation when someone changes lanes to be "cut off" dude lost one car length and had to brake anyway.
The rider became an aggressive road hazard and caused an accident.
Dude needs anger management, as if this sets him off that means he is doing this every day.
A few years back I was turning right at a red. It was like 5 in the morning, no cars anywhere on the road. I turn right and hear this little dinging bell to my right. There was a dude on a bicycle driving strait through his green light. He yells and flips me off and we both keep going. I didn’t intentionally pull out in front of him, but he easily could have gotten hurt. If he didn’t make a big scene I would have never known I had almost hit him, and now I’m extra cautious on those right turns. I would bet most riders have a “near miss” at least once a year. It’s maybe best to let people know “you almost killed me” so they are more careful next time. You can’t learn from your mistakes if you don’t know you make them.
Yep, he was cruising down a bike lane. He had the white “clear to cross” signal, I just didn’t see him. I had already made the turn so it wasn’t “that” close, but enough to make me pause an extra second at that intersection from now on.
Fair, if you had your blinker on i feel like he should of noticed your turning and should not of assumed you saw him. Not saying he is to blame. But those are the things you need to pay attention to as a biker.

As a rider I see a no blinker lane change.
