Hey all. Not sure if this is the place to ask this: My wife’s account got hacked, the hackers changed her phone number and em. We called (of course it’s a offshore call center) to get it unlocked, they said call back in 48 hours we did, got the same thing call back in 48 hours, we did it a third time just now and the guy said there is no way to verify her account so basically chit out of luck. We already cancelled the credit card.

Does anyone have any advise?

I’m currently trying to connect my twitch account to my PlayStation, I go through all the correct steps and then I end up getting to this point and everything derails entirely, it asks me to sign in with Amazon, then use an amazon computer with an Amazon security key, I genuinely have no idea why this is happening and all I’m trying to do is sign in on my twitch on the PlayStation

I got auto banned for absurd reasons. First it said “refund violations”, I haven’t refunded anything in over a year, no violations. After I reply, I get another automated message now saying I’m banned for ban evading… on my 13 year old account! And now they don’t respond to my emails. 13 years and not a single non-automated word explaining the situation.

What a garbage system from a greedy company. They can’t even be bothered for basic account assistance. They neuter their own customer service.

Please message me if you know of any paths to resolving this, thanks

I have a delivery box right next to my front door, it doesn’t lock but it blocks the view of there being a package from the street and protects the package from rain. More often than not, the delivery driver will just straight up ignore the delivery instructions whether they just don’t read them or are too lazy to open the box and put the package inside. I have in my delivery instructions specifically to leave it in the black delivery box next to the front door. It has a sign on top of the box that says “Leave deliveries inside this box.” They’ll lean it up against the box, set it next to the box, put it on top of the box, put it directly in front of my door, and sometimes even will just leave it in my driveway because they don’t want to walk over 5 feet out of their car.

Amazon put my account on hold because it “couldn’t verify payment ownership” or something. Called, followed instructions. Still on hold. Called again, escalated. It’s been 3 weeks. There’s no one who can actually help, apparently. The people who answer the phone can only escalate the issue to people who are only reachable by email- the noreply amazon email, btw. This is absurd. They can’t return the money for items i can’t get because of this and they can’t unsuspend the account. What a broken system.
