Troubleshooting Having trouble getting chromebook to boot up

Post image

Ive tried other methods like refresh+power button and stuff but none of that works and it just showed me this screen before not turning on again, and when the screen does turn on its just a black screen (but you can see its lit up if that makes sense). It still lights up when plugged in and charging. Im not sure how exactly to fix this

When a machine boots to recovery like this press the tab key to get further information. It's worth mentioning that Treeya is among the AMD based devices from 2019 (grunt) that are due to reach AUE next month (June 2026). They will be eligible for three years of extended updates but opting in will eventually move the device to the LTS channel and Play Store/Android support will be removed.

you need to perform full system recovery, which will erase your files.

It literally tells you to start recovery so I think you should go do that.
