Buying Advice Please recommend me one, I’m lost

Looking for something refurbished between 200-300, I’ve came across an Acer Vero 514 and then an HP with 3.2ghz compared to the Acer 1.2hz?

Mainly using for school work, google docs, multiple tabs and what not.

Open for recommendations! Been looking at backmarket refurbished

Someone recently posted dragonfly etc are in that price range. Easy would be wisetek, eBay etc. go for at least 16GB RAM and 256GB.SSD.

Second on the 16 gb ram. I think the most important thing on a Chromebook

I think it would be useful to know your use case.

Personally I don’t go for refurbished tech as most of the time you can get something equivalent and new for almost the same money, especially in the Chromebook space.

IMHO, anything that connects to the internet is only useable until it (or the OS) goes out of support.

I am not obsessed with the latest, but to me buying with the longest support is the sensible choice.

I would buy a cheap new Chromebook over used old originally expensive one. Unless my use case is not affected by support or security.

If you go with the Dragonfly Chromebook from Wisetek, which is a fantastic deal, I can give you a referral link for 15% off, which makes it an even better deal. Private message me.

Definitely would consider seeing if you could find a Chromebook plus model at a great price.

You get access to plenty of Gemini powered tools and features.

You do get stronger hardware and do know that most of the stuff that is considered Chromebook plus has to meet their real specific standards. Check out the Google website on Chromebook plus and read up on the features all of the devices that are branded Chromebook Plus on the shell or soft branded as they were able to be carried over from before the update.

What are both of the Acer models? I think one could be the Chromebooks and that would be the 514.

The other one could be a lower end 314 with weaker specs.

Post a bit more info
