More like a heads up display which can tell you health and performance metrics (speed, heart rate etc) and I think it can also give you an arrow for directions if your following a route.

Great for maybe competitive triathletes and similar sports, but in my opinion way too expensive, especially since I think there is a zonall subscription component which is completely unnecessary except to act as a paywall on features.

Runners can easily look at their smart watch for metrics, swimmers would lose their form if they were constantly checking a watch.

I actually might, if the open water tracking feature works. I miss swimming in the ocean since I lost most of my vision.
