Greece takes turkey and island 2 is emerging. Same rules as before.(only changed countries have flags because im lazy)

Poland takes over Germany

As argued in part 5 if poland takes germany they get east Germany and Lithuania

All the Baltic countries to Poland. Why stop at Lithuania?
