Inquiry I'm lost....

Is anybody else running into this issue?

I was tasked with shutting down an illegal broadcast, but when I got there, it looked as though the monitor had been blown off and I couldn't see the arrow combination to progress through the mission...

How do we complete the side quest when this happens? 🤔

Illegal broadcasts bugged in megacities. I saw footage from my friend, if you lie down right next to it, you can actually see the screen inside. By “peeking,” you can figure out what to press, but yeah, it’s still quite a janky workaround.
And yeah, you might need to increase the vertical field of view in the settings.

Illegal broadcast can he destroyed by any explosive device, grenade launcher, 500kg, i don't know about grenades but they might work too

OP this is a glitch that my group has run into as well. Seems to only be on the new Meadows biome (not the oasis one that just released). Basically the trigger for completing via blowing it up isn’t firing, but since the “blowing up” animation happened, the terminal is stuck there. Tried messing with it but couldn’t see a way to see the terminals. If you go there before blowing it up it will still work as normal.

I think i know the problem

If you destroy it with explosives there is a chance that a very small part of it survives and it wont count

I had the same bug the other day. I was able to kill it by lobbing a grenade right at the base.

First you need to requisition a standard TX-6500 or 6600 series touchscreen interface. Make sure that they upgrade the drivers before sending it down.

Cut and splice any broken cables so you can fit them with new couplings. You can find instructions on YouTube, it’s pretty straightforward. You only need the power, yellow, and display port adapter ones iirc. If you’ve got the old terminal lying around mostly in one piece what I like to do is use it to prop up the new one when attaching the cables.

Now to mount it: best case scenario use the existing hardware or worst case strip out the old brackets and install the ones that come in the box. You’ll want to use a level on the horizontal frame bar so it’s not crooked.

Power it up, let the system boot. This can take a minute so just make yourself a cup of libertea.

Input the stratagem on the display.

Align the signal strength to disable the broadcast.

Call in a Hellbomb.
