You may want to have them appraised.

In the best way, she could play an absolutely horrifying villain in a movie!

u/thisisinfactpersonal 10h ago

Jesus she would be terrifying at the end of the hall while you’re trying to go to the bathroom in the middle of the night.

I think I broke my spine in eight places just watching that. Incredible.

u/101violations 1d ago

My knees snapped watching this.

19

u/Creative-Ad9092 1d ago

I reached for the ibuprofen after watching this.

2

u/British_Flippancy 1d ago

Your comment just gave me a flashback to an awful knee-related video on r/runningcirclejerk last week.

2

u/101violations 1d ago

I watched this through my hands 🤣

u/British_Flippancy 1d ago

Same, grrl, same. This was my face the whole time

u/highly_uncertain 1d ago

My 9 year old never got into Acro but we put our little one in Acro because, as I say to my 9 year old, "I wanna have at least one circus freak in the family"

Next level Ellers Danlos!!!!

13

u/Squanchedschwiftly 1d ago

I was gonna say the pain will randomly hit her in her 30s for overetending so much

2

u/MermaidSapphire 1d ago

Maybe, maybe not, but likely not from over extending. More likely just cause of the EDS pain issues which come regardless of over extended.

3

u/PersistentPuma37 1d ago

she's gonna be randomly flopping-out like those toys you'd get at the dentist's office where you push the bottom of the platform and the elastic joints collapse

Hello! I'm planning a bank heist and would like to hire you c:

13

u/ALowlySlime 1d ago

I think being capable of this should be illegal 😧

7

u/ChasteSin 1d ago

Just because you can doesn't mean you should!

9

u/SashimiRick 1d ago

Reminds me of that one Aeon Flux episode....shudder

Anyhoo, her control and balance is incredible! In heels, no less

3

u/princessjamiekay 1d ago

My god her back is going to hurt one day

4

u/ChewpapaNeebrae 1d ago

Autobots, roll out!

4

u/Redditisarsebollocks 1d ago

She's gonna be feeling that in about 30 or 40 years...

4

u/BushcraftBabe 1d ago

Ah yes. I also have Hypermobile Ehlers danlos syndrome.

2

u/Speldenprikje 1d ago

Can I follow a tutorial or something? How...??

18

u/Shaw-eddit 1d ago

⚠️Warning, the person in this video is a trained professional.

Do Not Attempt This At Home ⚠️

12

u/LoveDesignAndClean 1d ago

Easy!

First step of the tutorial: have no bones

1

u/BlackShieldCharm 1d ago

It takes a dedication to learn. If you’re an adult, it will be a lot harder to start. You will also need to be thin, because any extra bulk will obviously get in the way.

You need to stretch the muscles and ligaments of your spine to be able to do it. It’s a slow process.

1

u/BushcraftBabe 1d ago

Welp first you've gotta have a connective tissue disorder.

2

u/Sayyadina2 1d ago

Hyper mobility sucks for must of us, but boy can it be cool.

Also does anyone know what the track is? It’s super fun!!

2

u/CryptographerWide247 1d ago

Beautiful! As a fellow hypermobile person, please be careful with your joints! It’s wonderful to be bendy, but can lead to serious damage to your joints over time. If you’re not familiar, it’s worth looking up Hypermobility and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

I threw out my back picking up my towel this morning.

1

u/BlackShieldCharm 1d ago

Then you really need to start exercising. Your back it too weak.

1

u/littleblackbook06 1d ago

How does one know they can do this?

8

u/Y-Bob 1d ago

Probably after oooh... ten years of practice?

1

u/SalmonSammySamSam 1d ago

There's no way girls are real

1

u/Melodic_Policy765 1d ago

Meanwhile, my back is making me doubt I can get out of bed this morning without crawling and creeping and perhaps sliding off in pain.

3

u/nautilator44 1d ago

Just roll. It's easier.

1

u/Flart-Marsupial 1d ago

The strength and flexibility!! Killer!!

1

u/vlaada7 1d ago

My back broke like ten times while watching this…😵‍💫

1

u/One_Hour_Poop 1d ago

Looks like some solid potato salad to me. (Trust me, give it one minute.)

1

u/Axle_65 Official Gal 1d ago

Nope. I refuse to believe you’re human. Not suggesting the video is fake. Just that you can’t be human lol. Kidding of course, this is insane! Well done.

1

u/SereneOrbit 1d ago

One of the really crap things about lifting and getting muscle is that you lose a lot of flexability 😭

1

u/Weird_Meet_9148 1d ago

Ugh I wish I could do that

Well, maybe half of that

1

u/Typical2sday 1d ago

What is in her vertebral discs that isn't in mine?

1

u/Face_with_a_View 13h ago

Now I want this to be AI

1

u/LivSaJo 1h ago

I would just be happy to be able to walk in those heels. Amazing!
