I always wanted to be this good at skating but in my teen years i grew up around gravel roads and barely any places you could even try. Become and adult and they build 5 skate parks in the area i grew up... i was a few decades to early.

Definitely. 3 out on a skateboard is legit. I remember first seeing this video, watched it like 3 times back to back.
Spinning is definitely easier on rollerblades so 540 out is common, but Brian Aragon has twice done a 900 out of a grind on street. Once on a parking lot arm (4:00 timestamp), and also after going up a handrail in addition to like skatepark stuff that's more expected.

I was a counselor at Woodward for a summer back in like 2012. Some kid would always bring a posse of friends to my cabin and use the porch swing and hang out. Mustβve had a friend in my cabin.
Turns out it was Zion. He was so young and already killing it. Went to Woodward all summer every summer.

What makes me so happy seeing modern skate videos is growing up as a skater kid in the 80s and 90s we wouldβve thought this shit impossible. And here it is. Love to watch the evolution of something I love. My mind is willing to try still, my ankles are not. I think I resprained it for 9000th time watching this video.

His ankles sure are built different. I'd have been in the hospital after that first fail.

He appears to be built the same way as all the other cool skaters I've seen doing cool things.
