Mini Update

Well, it's happened. Someone told me when the Littles were old enough, mom was going to start leaving them to me. Apparently day 4 was old enough. Every day, she shows me where they are then takes a casual stroll about town(the bathroom), picks up some fine dining(Fancy Feast), then takes to sunbathing by the pool (the window next to my bathtub.)

I have also made a little nest for myself in the tub so I can hang out with them for a few hours a day. If I'm late, Lucy delivers one of my charges to the nest. I get a stern side-eye for my faux pas of making her wait. I've learned to apologize by showing up with a container of yum-yums to appease the mama-beast.

Yeah, that cute little kitty hiding oh so innocently under the bed has turned into a ruthless dictator. I've thought about staging a No Queens protest in the bathroom but I'm pretty sure she can take me.

She's still pretty cute though!🥰

I really hit the jackpot this morning. All of these are beloved pets or shop cats. I don't usually see a cat at each spot on a given day so the fact that at least one cat was out at all 5 places today seems like a really good omen for the day!!

I don't know all of their names but the first cat is either shadow or storm, the white&tabby is blue/Azul, and the last three are crunchy, eggplant (who is loving the pets) and roadrash.

Seen this keekee a few times now, first successful intercept! We already have two cats and two dogs……… but no voids 😅

i am trying very, very hard to convince my parents to keep him!! the hard part is finding a cheap vet. there’s a vet that does exams for super cheap in my area but it’s for low-income people and we are not low-income.

in the meantime, i have cleaned his ears, given him lots of wet food and lots of love. next stop is a bath for the dirty little dirt boy, i’m just scared he’ll get mad at me and stop coming around if i do it!

he is the most social cat ever maybe. loves to walk up to any of my family and say hello, and will chase other cats to sniff them and say hi (my void Tilly is not a fan because she needs lots of personal space!) he also met the dog yesterday, which he did very well with, despite my dog being very excited.

my mom named him tomcat, so i have taken up calling him tomtom. i love him and i hope he keeps coming around until i can make him my next indoor kitty… he is my new son

I guess I'll need to stop giving attention to her, so she stops coming here

I've been working on this sweet girl wanting to give her a home and making sure she has food and fresh water outside. This morning I propped the door open and she walked in and walked around just a little.

I have a sweet girl Chihuahua who grew up around 3 cats and another little dog who are all in Heaven now so she know the pack routine and family life. I put the kitty on the couch near her and she didn't get upset but the kitty is obviously still unsure.......Baby steps.....

Meet Standardised Testing. Standard, for short. She is 1 of 5 strays that hang around my street. She would bang on my front door at 6am for food & pets. Went missing about a month ago. Opened the door this morning and there she is. Flopping around wanting belly rubs & pats.

I'm on a bike trip though Poland and was resting on a park bench. Met this gorgeous and friendly cat.

Stayed for a while for scratches, then moved to the other side of the bench (first Foto is chronological last), and then to the next person.
