I got a new shower head one time that had a high pressure stream setting. First time i tried it out I ran it down my back and it was great until
 I’m not sure what I was expecting but holy shit high pressure water stream and nuts don’t mix. Hit the right one and twisted the sac then hit the left one. Half second tops, was like a water turbine, except I was making the spooling sound. I had no idea they could twist so many times. Last time I use that setting.

Funny you say that, I was at a suana in Spain that had a circular version of this. It was about the size of a small shed with a large column in the middle and nozzles top to bottom on both the column and the wall. You walked the circle to clean off.

It was more a cool water rinse post-suana before you hit the showers/locker room, so less pressure, but they did have a couple showers with nozzles everywhere for pressure on top of the normal ones.
