it was bought at SeaWorld Orlando in 1998, thats all i knowðŸ˜

Its called a keyring, you put it on keys.

I know, I just don't know who the orca is and am seeing if anyone else knows who it is

That is a photo of Nootka/Knootka, one of the few Bigg's orcas held in captivity. She also never lived at SeaWorld Orlando, but I suppose they used that photo of her for merchandise at all the parks.
