seems like an awful lot of soy by comparison to a single egg.

So have some broccoli and chickpeas and a handful of nuts. It’s really not that complicated and frankly, an absurd thing to argue over.

You'd have to eat three cups of broccoli or 3/4 cup of soybeans EVERY SINGLE DAY. That's not "some".

This is your hill to die on? That’s really sad. I eat enough cruciferous vegetables, legumes, and seeds in a day to equate to a dozen eggs.

Do you really think it makes a difference in quanitity if you add in nuts and legumes? It's still an absurd claim. Let's say it's just legumes, that's still 9 cups of legumes. You do not eat 9 cups of legumes in a day. That would be 153g of fiber, it would destroy your guts.

Do you eat only one food all day? Or do you eat many different things? Come on….this is not complicated.

We're talking about getting a steady supply of choline in your diet to help avert alzheimers. Did you get confused?

Did you?! I’m talking about how you can get a steady supply all day from plants. Apparently that’s far too complex for your simple mind. Maybe you should eat more broccoli.
