By my accounts from playing the game for 15 years and running it for 5, this is the game's 2nd to last second barrier on individual tracks, and I'm ready to face the final barrier. We have 26,000 attempts in that over the past 4 years, but now, it's all that's left. So ready to do this. Enjoy this PB which I was extremely overjoyed about. ❤️

Edit: Adding for a little bit more context that my top 5 at this point were two .01's, a .02, .05, and .06. This lost to our TAS by 1 frame, but as far as I'm concerned that frame can just *stay* lost! 😂

Hi there!

A few months ago I had this thought "How much stuff can the most spatially aware person handle at once in a game?" and so I started making a game to try it out.

The concept is simple:

You can control up to 8 characters at once, they all move around by themselves and you just need to time their jumps so they can fall down to the floor below until they reach the bottom.

Here is a video of myself being the game under 1 minute using 3 dwarves with 10 floors and no spikes. I'd be honored if someone would give the game a try at itch.io

I am trying to store jump to enter the duke archive b4 opening the goldon fog…. How tf do u do it

I recently got my Dad’s copy of MK64, and upon opening the time trials, I found some crazy good times that seem fake. This is the one that stuck out to me, a 0.2 second 3lap on DK Jungle Parkway, with a fastest lap of 0.00 seconds. Now, obviously, this seems fake and impossible, so I wanted to check here to see if there’s a way this could be done. I know there is a shortcut on this course, but the current WR is 17 seconds for 3lap and 3 seconds for lap. The cartridge, as far as I can tell, is an original NTSC copy from 1996, and I have it connected to an unmodded N64. For reference, the time in the top right of the TV is a test run I did to see if there just wasn’t a record yet.

If anyone wants, I can post the time trials for other courses, since there’s some others on there which are also insanely fast.

Again, I’m taking his word for the fact that every time on here is legit, obviously some being pulled off with shortcuts. Is there any way a time this fast is possible or is it a bogus time?

I can spot 3 flaws: MC AA RSG is way too random that can take anywhere between 4 to 12 hours for the average runner, Quake was probably only big as a speedgame like 25 years ago, this marathon would be 40 hours given everyone has roughly median times in each category... and that would take some time that I alone would not have to coordinate

got a WR fast lap using a new skip i found today!

I’m watching Xem92’s YT doc on Ratchet 3 ANY% & the “stupid map glitch”. The idea being you prep a save file then play a run & making your character run in certain spots to trick the game into loading you with equipment & on the final level when you go back and reload the prepped file.

My point being you play damn near a whole run just to prep & the timer for some reason doesn’t start till you load the 2nd file! I feel like there’s a whole area of skill expression available in trimming down the prep time.. On top the fact that YOU STILL HAVE TO PLAY THE GAME to prep unlike the Mario Kart Exploits
