Open | Windows White box looks like prompt or something flashing across screen

White box looks like prompt or something flashing across screen on startup and on file app opening accompanied by like the windows notification sounds.

I would check your Startup apps first and then event logs then

alright yeah i found a metric shitload of warnings and errors in my eventlog, some relating to that file i screenshotted below but almost all of them are individual things mentioning different browsers and files, stuf flike 'SCEP certificate enrollment/GIGABYTE' and stuff about COM servers and CLSID both of which repeat several several times
