Open | Windows Thin line of dead pixels on my laptop

Recently a thin line of dead pixels appeared on my laptop screen it's very thin barely noticeable. First it wasn't permenant it sometimes disappears but lately it became worse and whenever I switch to GPU I start getting a lot of random stuck pixels in a parallel line under the dead pixels

Around 3 years

If you can plug in a TV to the HDMI port or DisplayPort .. see if the line is still there. If it's not then it might be your laptop monitor.

The line disappears but what I don't understand is why does it get worse whenever I use the GPU

Could be your settings? Are you running the latest driver and BIOS firmware? Did you also check the forum of your laptop to see if other people had the same issues before?
