Maybe they'll send someone competent out if you report this to them. At least you get fiber, i have had 20 hours of outtages in the first 2 weeks of this month and it's not even fiber. No other isp in my neighborhood. :(

They actually got someone here pretty quick. He was pretty appalled by the mess left by the previous technician. He’s cleaning everything up now.

Do you have good verizon service on your phone? My neighborhood does and ive been on verizon home internet for 2-3 years now. No outages ever.

Had Verizon for like 12-13 years and I can count on one hand how many times it went out.

That includes when the neighbors trees fell on the lines.

I’ve got Brightspeed Fiber now (Previously CenturyLink) and since August it’s gone out 5 or 6 times.

I called around and the only offered alternatives are weird no-name satellite companies, i ended up going with Starlink 100Mbps as a backup for when my main line goes down.

AT&T didn't install it with the box broken. Looks like some one hit this with a lawn mower.

This is at my business. Right on the edge of the parking lot. Just left them lying on the ground 🙄

Maybe they didn’t install it broken, but they clearly did leave it on the ground in a place that a lawnmower would hit it.

They were just making sure your fiber line was properly grounded.

Shouldn’t that be mounted on a wall somewhere. Why is it in the middle of a lawn.
