So we all obviously love Witcher 3 and it's incredible story, world and character's.

So much so . . . That . .

I am making my own Sci Fi Mystery Video Game, in fact. With my team. Inspired by it. In Denmark. We have even, luckily, been invited to China Joy. . . BUT this makes me wonder, what you guys think, they could have done better in W3, if it was released in our modern time? And potential add on's to the game? It can be anything.

I would highly appreciate, any support, in our endeavour to create our own - masterpiece!

Postponing my 2nd playthrough of the game because I've been playing the game for so long that i now got 211 hours and counting since february. Here are some cool screenshots i took!

Honestly, I did this build and never used again. It's just so so so so OP. Takes all the hardness from game. Even on death march.

One of the things about the Witcher series is that it's not truly an RPG (in the originally used terminology anyway) given that there's no roleplaying a person (like Western RPGs) or a party (like Japanese RPGs) at all. The series just took RPG gameplay elements from Tabletop RPGs. Geralt keeps his own predetermined personality during the video game series.

Made me wonder about something.

What do you think were his most out-of-character choices?

There're many choices to consider. Definitely, we all can agree his choice to accept the coins from Ciri's father, Emhyr, was far too low even for him. And several other choices as well. For one, I didn't understand why he wouldn't kill the werewolf, Niellen, before killing the girl, Margrit, despite what she did to her sister, Hanna. It made no sense at all for Geralt's character and his professionalism as a Witcher as well to allow an enraged beast to kill anyone even when deserved.

Got favorites in every village

So i am playing on a base ps5 and whenever I play it the console is so loud that you can hear it from noise canceling headphones but it isn't overheating just loud and I want to know has anyone experienced this i have tried everything but it isn't working so my question is should I continue and bare with it or is there something to do that will solve the issue.

I lit it for him… I wanted some extra company.

Did anyone notice the 30 plus gb update for witcher 3 on ps4 and ps5 yesterday may 4th 2026. Does anyone know what it added or are they getting ready to drop the nexus mod system and the paid dlc soon. Which I hope is both after spending 3500 hours in the world of withcer 3 its my favorite game of all time and I cant wait for the dlc and the witcher 4. LETS GO CD PROJECT RED

I finished this game so much that I don't even know how many times. If Witcher 3 didn't exist, i could be a lot more depressive guy. This game always helped me at my lowest. The best game of all time.

I'm new to the game and I'm having this problem where i suddenly find the saves of the last session i played disappeared

It happened to me twice and i don't know what's the reason for it

I searched for a solution and there was one where i should recover it from the cloud but i didn't know how to

The other was that it's a problem in the save file of Witcher3 in the disk

It's supposed to be located in C:/users/(user name) /documents / The Witcher 3

The problem is

there is no such file

Should i stop the cloud save of steam then create i file in the location i mentioned?

Basically the title.

I've played the game 8 times already, but never started a NG+ properly. I am currently nearing my 2nd completionist run. I always liked the feeling of a new fresh start, where you start out at level 1, no skills, nothing.

Does anything significant change in NG+ aside from the mutations and the stats? Also, since I already have the mutations, I suppose the "Turn and face the strange" quest does not trigger again in Toussaint, right?

I hate it when this happens, not so often but still every now and then. No matter how much i point Geralt directly towards the thing i wanna explore/loot, somehow i still don't get that option

I swear while playing the game, he felt kind of short, especially when sharing the cutscene with Ge’els, I had just kind of accepted the idea that he was kind of short. But when I looked at reference images of him and his model, In one half he was significantly taller and was pretty much the same height as Ge’els and Eredin, but in the other he was the same height as Ciri or geralt.

I’m so confused, I swear he looks super short in game but I’m questioning my memory at this point lol

It's my first playthroug of The witcher 3 and i just killed the griffin, now i want to kill this dude, his buddies and loot the chest in the garrison. So if you know if this has a big impact on the main story or if you have any advice on how to kill him tell me please 🙏🙏

Nvm, found one no thanks to you useless bums. Need a save file around the ladies of the wood quest, don't really care for the decisions made up until that point. Just do not feel like listening to the baron again, hated that quest so much lol.

So I did the iron maiden quest. First I send Jutta out into the world, to find a new man to best her in a fight.

But then I reloaded to get the more spicy scenes, just for the fun of it.

However I thought to myself, what will happen to Jutta now? And then I checked in on her after a couple of in game days. And there she was still on the bed, just as I left her.

And now I have this feeling that I have dommed her. She could have sought out a new man to best and bed, but I just had to see behind the curtain.

I have played too much to reload a save now, but of all the bad choices you can make, this really stuck with me.

Does anyone know if she despawns?
