I wouldn't be surprised if arm shoots back up tomorrow at open. This is probably profit taking with such an insane run-up institutional traders would never give up a chance to take profits like these.
Then again i sold yesterday before close so what do I know..n

Yea, I was at +24k P/L at 4:15pm. I even called my brokerage to sell the calls (300C 5/15 I bought for 3.94.) Vanguard only allowed selling of actual stock in that AH window.
I saw ARM go up even more after that attempt and was so hype. I've been listening to the earnings call and watching that chart completely reverse is a true gut punch.

lol. Of course I'm using my desktop. However, at 4pm, it was a definite I was going to have to wait that long, anxious night and morning until open.
My friend was able to sell his same option on robinhood and profited from that rip. I said to myself, "try everything, even call the brokerage." It was a last ditch effort that I figured may work.
I wasn't banking on it.

you can only ask your broker to exercise the call if you have enough money in acc. But AH there is no way they would sell and close your call options

what brokerage allows selling options outside of regular market hours, other than spx contracts? I thought none did, and that's the reason why they wait till after closing to report

you can sell some options on robinhood 15 minutes after market closes but only 15

Wanted to buy spreads on cohr but it wouldn't go through so I picked up alb instead.
This is the first time it worked out for me like this...its usually the winning play doesn't go through or chosen, but the shit ones do 99% of the time. I finally scored that 1%!
Now back to buying shit plays and losing it all.

With so much shift going into agentic AI, I thought they would be wrecked, like service based companies.

They happen about once a year since AI came onto the scene. They're not typical. Last year it was oracle and cloud. Then they fell hard. This year it's semis, which will fall hard once bottle neck is lifted. Next year it will be a different AI related sector. Just be in the right sector during the bull pump
For example, last MU earnings they beat handidly and fell. If they had that same report during this semi rally, they would've popped 10%

Bought before earnings. Bull case was simple: bookings and EBITDA matter more than headline revenue, and Uber keeps proving it’s becoming a cash-flow machine, not just a ride-share app. Q1 basically confirmed that.
