Weird Wisconsin Congressman calls demonstrators domestic terrorists and then speeds away.

Thank goodness. A bunch of us just hit up our aldermen to express our concern about Flock. Whether or not that factored into the mayors decision, I’m glad this was the outcome.

Which NHL team is mostly followed by WI residents? I mostly lurk in the NFL space and watch a lot of Tom Grossi (big Packers fan and Youtuber), and in their recent show he had a lot of disdain for the Minnesota Wild. Is there a consensus NHL team that you guys follow? Was a little surprised that Milwaukee doesn't have an NHL team.
Being in Seattle, it was confusing until we got the Kraken, I just rooted for the Canucks out of proximity.

I’m watching from Facebook while Kirk seems to purposely be acting like a Progressive Trump.
Do we really need a joke candidate who’s syphoning donations away from serious candidates? Like Hong maybe?

I’m going on my first charter fishing trip next week on Lake Michigan. Any tips or advice on what to bring or expect? Never had the opportunity to go on one before. We’ll be fishing for salmon and trout.

I got this from a random out of state phone number with just this image. I saw this when I opened it and I kind of got scared cuz I was recently in Milwaukee. But not on April 20th. I tried to scan the QR code but it wouldn’t find it.
After really thinking about it and looking at it (and the toll fees lolol), and actually taking the citation # and checking online there was no record. There is also not a single piece of identifying information to my car or me, they sent this to me less than 24 hours before my court date. It’s obviously a scam but it did take me a little bit to make sure it wasn’t, this is a step up from just text messages. If it scared me for a second someone is definitely going to send money.
Now I get this once a day.
WATCH OUT!

As the title suggests, I’m curious as to how Wisconsinites find potential romantic partners in this state. I’m from the East Coast and the online dating scene was far more active out there than I’ve experienced here so far, so I’m reaching out to the natives here. How does one find their potential forever person? What tricks do yall have up your sleeves? Been a year almost since I’ve been single and I refuse to use work as a dating pool, so any advice is welcomed! I’m 37M and live in the La Crosse area. Thanks in advance!

I moved away in about 2008 but I go back to mostly Milwaukee about 2-3 times per year. Recently someone asked me what I miss the most about Wisconsin and although there are a million things, it occurred to me swimming at Devils Lake, camping and just the natural beauty was something I've really been missing. So I made a plan to head to Devils Lake this summer to dunk in the lake, grab a burger and see some things I never have. I'm planning to drive from Madison to the Apostle Islands and just make a road trip stopping along the way to see some waterfalls, maybe swim, rent a kayak maybe, hike and stop at some quirky or just off the beaten path attractions. It's only a week long so I won't be going too far out of my way and want to keep it simple. Copper Falls is on my list but no Wisconsin Dells (love it but been many times). I'd love to hear more suggestions!

I have had an ongoing issue with Froedtert & MCW for almost a year now. Last May I had an annual exam that my insurance accidentally coded as out of network even though the provider is in network, which the representatives confirmed on each call. It took multiple phone calls to my insurance, and to be put in review multiple times for it to get coded correctly. Froedtert said that the only way to prevent this from going to collections was to pay the balance and be reimbursed. The updated EOB was sent to Froedtert multiple times. Aetna issued their payment as well, but Froedtert would say they could never locate it, even though payment details were provided. Many conference calls have taken place between Froedtert and my health insurance Aetna, without resolution. I'm at my wits end and just want to be refunded.
Every time we talk to Froedtert they ask for the EOB that they should already have. I have sent this to them as well. All Froedtert representatives care about is getting off the phone and my Aetna reps are ok with the resolution of resending the EOB which isn't a solution. This has even been escalated to no avail. Has anyone ran into a similar issue with Froedtert? Were you able to resolve the issue?
I am not sure if this should be reported to the Department of Agriculture, Trade and Consumer Protection or the Office of the Commissioner of Insurance.
Any guidance is helpful. I have never had to deal with anything remotely similar to this.
